Reiki (Ray-Key) is a gentle, spiritually guided natural life energy healing technique 5,000 years old. Reiki is not a religion and it is not a massage. It is channeled healing energy administered through a Reiki practitioner, who is merely the conduit using their hands to direct the light energy toward your flow of Life Force Energy, enveloping you with a deep sense of peace and calm. Reiki is Divine healing love which can awaken a sense of joy, oneness and belonging to something greater.

POTENTIAL HEALTH BENEFITS OF REIKI TREATMENTS

Reiki energy balancing sessions are for stress reduction and relaxation, which helps to trigger the body’s natural healing abilities, helping improve and maintain your health. Reiki is a natural therapy that gently balances life energies, promoting health and well being to the recipient. This simple, non-invasive healing system works with the Higher Self of the Receiver to promote health and well being of the entire physical, emotional and psychic body. Therefore it is truly a system of attaining and promoting wholeness of Mind, Body and Spirit. Reiki is a specific type of subtle energy work performed by the touch of the hands, allowing the flow of the energy from a limitless source (God Force) to the patient via the Reiki practitioner. It is an extremely powerful, yet gentle energy that can be easily channeled to yourself and others, by intention.

When the flow of the "Life Force Energy" is disrupted, weakened or blocked, emotional or health problems tend to occur. Imbalances can be caused from many situations occurring in our lives, such as: emotional or physical trauma, injury, negative thoughts and feelings, including fear, worry, doubt, anger, anxiety, negative self-talk, toxicity, nutritional depletion, destructive lifestyle and relationships, neglect of self and lack of love for oneself or others, from emotions that are not expressed in a healthy way.

ABOUT THE REIKI HEALING TREATMENTS

A typical Reiki session lasts 60 minutes. The client is lying on a table fully clothed in their personal comfortable clothing. The practitioner’s role is to be supportive and non-judgmental, giving the client safety to release emotions and talk if they wish to do so. This is part of the client’s release process.
Depending on the level of stress or imbalance in a person a series of sessions may be offered at the client’s request to help restore balance.
